Quinn Interviews Timothy Shriver

Updated: Jul 27

"The voices and experiences of people with disabilities, all kinds of differences really, are critical to the future of the United States."

Timothy is a longtime disability rights activist, film producer, and educator. In 1996 he became President of the Special Olympics and now sits as Chairman of the Board. He is the author of FULLY ALIVE: DISCOVERING WHAT MATTERS MOST and continues to be a tireless advocate for those with disabilities. His latest role is Co-Founder of the startup Unite.us.

During their time together, Quinn and Tim talk candidly about the need for those with disabilities and differences to get out the vote and the challenges voters face during a pandemic. A true friend of Quinn, Shriver stresses to us all the importance and moral responsibility we have to get registered and be heard. We hope you feel as inspired as we do to get registered, get involved, and vote in a way that is safe for you this election year.
