VCFS in 70 yr old man: Where might further info be available?

Based on medical history and strong facial characteristics I suspect that my older brother has vcfs.  He had many of the typical physical and LD problems as a child, but apparently did not have cardiac problems.  As an adult he has been fairly healthy until now, and with very limited assistance has lived a productive and independent life.  He now faces some serious health issues and his doctors seem baffled.  He was close to kidney failure, has a defective area in the bladder and his PSA scores are in the thousands.  This may be a long shot, but I am hoping that someone with knowledge of vcfs might be able to help.  Could there be a connection between vcfs and my brother's current problems?  Could this information help him now?  And where might I go to find information about vcfs in older adults?  Thanks so much.
