I Keep driving alway relationships.. with men

When you know someone for 8years, and all the sudden they just drop you like trash, it make you depress. I knew it was coming toward the end but I didn't expect it this fast. How many times I can count the carpet has been pull from me, too many? my self driven motor has driven me to scared the men alway. He the third strike.. I started thinking.. what can I do to stop this? What can I do so this won't happen again? Does anybody have a system or something I can follow? Sometimes I do get into overdrive and I will confess to it. I been doing good the past few days of not doing anything stuped.. I want to keep at it.
