hi,
I found a new technique that might help some people depending youre take on things meaning whether you believe in it or not. This technique is quite easy to learn even for someone like me who has learning disabilities and vcfs. It helps to relate to people and making friends and also with self esteem it worked for me anyhow the technique involves thinking openly about different ideas and opinions towards certain cultures or bliefs preety much anything that comes to mind. If you think that everything is not always what it seems to be then you should do fine people tend to think close minded because thats what theyve been taught. Thought this might help. before i was just like anybody else who had low self esteem thought things werent going to work out and now my self esteem has shot through the roof so to speak. Basically it turned my life around. This can go for neone not just people with vcfs or learning disabilities mostly anyone who has problems with depression or any kind of problem.
