A Life's Work: Fathers and Sons

I am writing another book that is called, A Life's Work: Fathers and Sons. This book talks about how my father spent time with me in the woods, but it is also a guide for fathers how they can spend time with their sons. My father and I are not bragging in this book about how we have a farm, it just so happens to be that we do and that is how my father and I got to know each other. This is where I learned my education; by working in the woods with my father. I learned many more important life lessons in the woods than I ever did at school; the woods are where I got my education beyond books.
In the book, we describe ways you can spend time with your sonyou can go fishing, taking him to the movies, going for a drive, teaching him about the stars, or (as I think the best father-son bonding experience) watching football. That is what my dad I do in the winter when we are done working in the woods, and we will have a cold-one together. In the summer we will watch golf after we have come in from the woods, and the great thing about watching football or golf or any kind of sports, is that you don't have to have a farm to do it on. The most important thing a father can do for his son is show him that he cares and the he loves him.
