My New Year's Resolution

This year my New Year's resolution was to eat very healthy and to work out a lot more than I do; I almost didn't work out at all. I am doing this mostly because of Pary, but also because I decided that she is right: she says that working out and eating healthy makes your brain function, not only more but much more efficiently. So far my resolution has been going pretty well except for last night, because I watched the Rose Bowl with my roommate, his friend, and Pary, and we ordered Two Amy's (Pizza) and we got beer. That means I have to eat really healthy for lunch and dinner today, and for the rest of the year.
I feel that unless you are a vegetarian, you have to be good to yourself every once in awhile and treat yourself to a burger. I just had my first buffalo burger last week and they are amazing; I think they are more amazing than regular burgers - unless it's Five Guys of course. Buffalo Burgers are great, not only because they taste great, but they are much healthier for you. When you eat a regular burger, from cows, you are eating a whole lot of steroid injections along with the meat, but when you eat a buffalo burger, you are just eating the meat. It is also much lower in fat than a regular burger.
Like many others, I think that my New Year's resolution should be to be healthier. Hopefully it will help as Pary had said it will.
